ANDREW A. AYAR
Andrew A. Ayar joined Evans & Luptak as an associate in 2004. Mr. Ayar is a tax, business and estate planning attorney who provides advice to a variety of businesses, entrepreneurs, developers and investors. His practice encompasses general business advisement; tax planning and structuring relating to real estate acquisitions, development ventures, dispositions and §1031 exchanges; tax planning for market entry, restructurings and reorganizations of businesses; drafting and negotiating partnership and limited liability company agreements; general federal income tax and other miscellaneous tax issues; simple and complex estate planning and preparation of federal estate and gift tax returns.
Mr. Ayar’s transactional experience includes drafting, negotiating and documenting complex real estate purchase and sale agreements; commercial real estate loans; asset purchases and sales; §1031 exchange agreements; and a wide variety of transaction structuring, business reorganizations and tax planning.
Mr. Ayar obtained his law degree from Wayne State University Law School and later obtained an LL.M in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law. This specialized tax training allows Mr. Ayar to focus not only on the various tax aspects of real estate and business transactions, but also on estate planning issues involving taxable as well as nontaxable estates.
Mr. Ayar has published several articles on tax, real estate and estate planning in the Chaldean Detroit Times. Mr. Ayar is licensed to practice in both Michigan and Florida.
