Jeannine Schenk is the real estate and corporate paralegal for Evans & Luptak’s Boca Raton office.  She is a graduate from the National Academy for Paralegal Studies in 1994 and has experience in real estate and corporate law.  She has been involved with financial institutions, leasing companies and law firms, enhancing her skills in the many areas of the lending transactions.  She has worked closely with lenders and title companies involved with all types of residential and commercial financing.  During her time with Evans & Luptak, Ms. Schenk has concentrated her work in the areas of title insurance of cooperative and condominium financing, including performing extensive title searches, preparing title insurance commitments, settlement statements and title insurance policies, as well as coordinating closings.
