Mark E. Reizen became associated with Evans & Luptak, as Of Counsel in 2004 after being involved with several firms specializing in litigation in Oakland County, since 1969. He obtained his B.A. from Wayne State University in 1967 and graduated from the Wayne State University Law School in 1969. He is a member of the Michigan, Montana and District of Columbia bars. He was Senior Partner in the law firms of Bushnell, Gage, Doctoroff & Reizen; Goldstein, Serlin, Reizen, Rosenbaum & Baker; and Feldman & Reizen. Mr. Reizen practices extensively and exclusively in complex litigation, which includes commercial, environmental, policyholder, personal injury (worker’s compensation and automobile negligence), and collection matters. Mr. Reizen is a Special Assistant Attorney General; Hearing Panel Chairman and Panel Member, Attorney Discipline Board; Special Counsel, Attorney Grievance Commission; a Member of the Commercial Panel of Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association, and a certified Mediator and Facilitator. |
