Steven J. Migliore is an associate at Evans & Luptak. His practice areas include corporate law, commercial transactions, business planning, taxation, and trust and estate planning. Prior to joining Evans & Luptak, Mr. Migliore was an associate in the Corporate and Securities practice group of the Detroit office of Pepper Hamilton LLP. Mr. Migliore’s experience at Pepper Hamilton included drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, formation of corporations and limited liability companies, corporate governance, loan restructuring, real estate, tax and bankruptcy matters, and performing due diligence for corporate acquisitions. Prior to joining Pepper Hamilton, Mr. Migliore was a program manager with a tier one automotive supplier of interior components and systems, where he managed product launch teams consisting of designers, engineers, account managers, and plant representatives to ensure successful new product launches. Mr. Migliore received his J.D., cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School in 2008, where he was editor-in-chief of the Wayne Law Review. He also received his M.B.A. from Wayne State University in 2008, where he was one of three M.B.A. students selected to represent Wayne State University in the first annual Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Detroit Cup – MBA Business Case Competition focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Migliore received a B.A. in supply chain management from Michigan State University in 2003, with high honors as a member of the Honors College. In 2003, Mr. Migliore was selected to receive the Michigan State University Outstanding Senior Award for the Class of 2003 and the Eli Broad College of Business Student Senate Outstanding Senior Peer Recognition Award. Mr. Migliore is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan. |
