We have represented national and local banks primarily in commercial and real estate loan transactions, development of bank forms, the conduct of loan officer seminars in areas which involve current legal developments affecting the banking industry, loan commitment transactions and general corporate matters, and currently represent an important community bank as counsel for commercial loans, real estate financing transactions and creditor and debtor matters, including work-out assignments. In addition, the firm has recently acted as special tax and corporate counsel to a Florida based commercial bank and currently works with most money center banks locally and nationally, as borrower’s counsel in connection with commercial loans, including international and domestic letters of credit, working capital and term loan transactions, guaranty matters and special purpose entities. |
