Non-Profit Organizations Non-profit organizational work includes processing of tax-exempt status requests, as well as funding activities, program terminations, taxation organizations and dissolution, including work with applicable federal and state income, gift and estate tax options of current and deferred gifts to charitable, religious and academic organizations. Contracts and Commercial Transactions The firm handles all matter pertaining to contract and commercial transactions. Negotiations and preparation of contract documents for suppliers, distributors, customers, employees and lenders, purchasers and sellers and service providers are routinely provided, taking into account Uniform Commercial Code and state and federal regulatory concerns. |
